Publisher and control
TANASA ROMEO-IULIAN PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA is the operator identified in the publisher's September 4, 2026 launch record. It is a Romanian authorised natural person business (PFA).
Tanasa Romeo Iulian is the owner, controller and responsible editor identified in that record. LUMACTA NEWS is not a separate legal entity; the same publisher also operates MANAZYR.
How the publication is funded
On September 23, 2026, Tanasa Romeo Iulian confirmed that he personally supports LUMACTA NEWS and that it has no external funding.
This is a dated publisher declaration, not an independent financial audit. It should be updated if the funding arrangements change. The launch-period declaration is not used as a substitute for the current statement.
Advertising and related promotion
The current public website reserves advertising positions but does not activate third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. Creating advertising units or applying to an advertising programme does not itself mean that ads are running or producing revenue.
The homepage includes a static KreerIQ house promotion selected by the publisher. It links to KreerIQ and is separate from independent editorial coverage. It is not evidence of external funding.
Editorial decisions and conflicts
The owner is also the editor; we do not claim an independent board separating those roles. Editorial decisions remain his responsibility.
Our policy is that commercial consideration must not buy a favourable conclusion, suppress a correction or disguise promotion as independent reporting. Coverage of MANAZYR and other relevant relationships must disclose the interest.
