LUMACTA NEWS uses AI assistance in research and writing. Human editorial responsibility and the checks actually performed must remain clear.

How AI is used
AI tools can help discover sources, organise notes, compare documents, develop explanations, draft and edit text, prepare calculations and support website production.
Technical execution can be automated under the publisher's instructions. That does not give an AI system human authorship, independent editorial authority or the ability to certify its own output as human-reviewed.
What AI output does not prove
AI-generated explanations, plausible references and repeated automated checks can still contain mistakes. Claims must be compared with accessible underlying evidence; uncertainty must not be filled with invented details.
We do not present generated factual scenes as documentary photographs, fabricate expert quotations, or describe an unperformed experiment as a test.
How assistance and review are described
Article disclosures should describe material AI involvement and the actual scope of human review. A publication instruction is not the same as personal verification of every claim.
A section labelled scientific perspective is editorial analysis unless a named expert interview or specific research assessment is documented. It is not peer review merely because it discusses science.
Our archive contains different publication and review records. Older disclosures must be reconciled with those records rather than replaced by a blanket claim that every article received identical checks.
Who is accountable
Tanasa Romeo Iulian remains the responsible editor for the publication. AI assistance does not remove responsibility for accuracy, sourcing, image rights, corrections or commercial disclosures.
For new and materially revised articles, the review record should identify the exact version and the checks completed before editorial sign-off. Unverified claims of human review must not be added.
