What a request should identify
- the LUMACTA NEWS URL and specific material at issue;
- the requester’s relationship to the work or right;
- the factual or legal basis of the request;
- a safe public contact route for a response.
Review process
Requests are logged, assessed by a responsible human and preserved with the relevant evidence. A complaint does not trigger automatic deletion or silent rewriting.
The result may be restoration, replacement, corrected credit or caption, article correction, removal required by law or escalation for qualified legal review.
Public record
When a material editorial change is required, the canonical article retains a proportionate public notice unless law, privacy or safety requires a more limited record.
